Casey Adams is a lifetime athlete who specifically trains year-round for full and half-distance Iron Man Triathlons. He has a passion for racing, and has completed over 20 Iron Man branded Triathlon!

Casey is a Personal Trainer in Aspen, Basalt, and the Roaring Fork Valley, and a competing athlete. When he’s not training clients, coaching, or racing, he is also being coached! Casey understands the importance of maintaining his fitness and pushing performance while balancing life. Having grown up in an environment built on health and wellness, Casey applies these principles to all levels of training with the understanding that everything we do makes a difference! Casey has wrapped up his 15th year of Triathlon racing and has gained a wealth of knowledge through trials and triumphs.
