As an ACE certified personal trainer, I work with people of all levels and ages to help them achieve their fitness goals. Being a fitness and exercise professional means I’ve been taught, trained and paid to apply the tried and true concepts and applications of safe, effective fitness training for the human body. I love to use my experience to customize these standard approaches for clients to achieve the physical and mental results they want, maintain a life/work balance and to have fun while doing it.
I offer an initial FREE extensive consultation to discuss your history, your habits and most importantly your goals. I suggest 4 personal training sessions to start your journey towards to success. Our relationship and rapport is just as important as being comfortable with my approach and style of personal training. After 4 sessions we’ll know to continue that fitness plan or make a course correction. Your goals are my goals and achieving them is the priority.
